Me personally I don't think that I could have done it without New Hope me personally I think it's the best best in the business and if you don't go here you're missing outPosted on Google Jack RothTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great people. I'm sober because of New Hope!!Posted on Google Scotti BrazilTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When I first got to New Hope Healthcare, I was broken, lost and had no clue what I was going to do with my life. They gave me purpose. They gave me structure. I personally attended groups at the substance abuse center for 3 months and then graduated to the mental health portion of the program, all while living in one of their sober living homes, which was way nicer than I expected it would be. You don't have to have an addiction problem to come here... If you're lost and looking for a hand up, NEW HOPE HEALTHCARE is the place to come!Posted on Google Jamie WeaverTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have absolutely loved my experience at New Hope. As with all things, nothing is perfect. There are things that can be improved and they are constantly growing and learning how to navigate that. However even with the minor hiccups, this place has truly changed my life. Most staff feels like family to me. Andrea and Corey believed in me when others would have given up. I have been through other treatment programs and none can compare to this program. I will always be grateful for the time and dedication they have put into helping me build a better life for myself. If you want to be the best you possible and escape the hell that is addiction and/or poor mental health take the next step and let New Hope lead you down the path to recovery.Posted on Google Justin MonroeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. this is an amazing program the housing and food is FREE! the center and classes are very knowledgeable. i would recommend this facility 10/10. and if interested many have turned treatment in to a career. lots of opportunity to progress stay plug in you join the family of NEW HOPE the minute you walk in the door and it is amazing and caring.Posted on Google Joshua QuallsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I meet with some really good staff. Everyone there was on the same mission, I got a lot out of this place.Posted on Google Elizabeth BairdTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you’re thinking about going to a short term or long term place for recovery, New Hope is a great place to go to. I was there for 4 months at the substance abuse clinic and honestly if it wasn’t for this place I wouldn’t be sober today. Everyone that works at this facility is great and will do everything in their power to see you do great! As soon as I got there I was really nervous but everyone including the patients there took me in with opened arms and made me feel like family. I spent Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years there, and they did what they could to make everybody feel at home. Thank you New Hope. I’m 11 months sober today and I couldn’t have done it without your help! I wanted to add that I did have problems with stealing in the house I was at.. but that had nothing to do with any of the staff there and it’s not their fault. I still loved going to the clinic everyday and they gave me a safe place to vent when I was upset over it. Again, thank you New Hope! You all are the best!❤️Posted on Google TimTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This has been the best experience I’ve had with treatment. Accessible Care
A Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is structured treatment for people facing mental health or addiction challenges who need more than weekly therapy—but without entering a residential facility. Delivered entirely online, Virtual IOP includes live group therapy, one-on-one counseling, and skills training through a secure telehealth platform.
Most clients attend 9–12 hours per week, with flexible day or evening schedules that fit around work, school, or family. Tennessee-licensed clinicians lead sessions using evidence-based care like CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed approaches.
Virtual IOP offers the accountability of intensive treatment with the convenience of home-based care—helping you build coping skills, strengthen recovery, and stay supported.

Compliance
Your care happens on a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Sessions are private, encrypted, and simple to join from home.
Still Have Questions?
Yes—you must be physically in Tennessee during each session due to licensing rules. If you’ll be out of state, let us know; we can provide asynchronous resources and check-ins until you return, but live therapy must pause while you’re away.
Yes. With your written permission, we’ll share a concise treatment summary, medication updates, and progress notes so your providers stay aligned. If you don’t have outpatient care yet, we’ll help set that up before you complete IOP.
Relapse is treated as a clinical signal, not a failure. We’ll reassess safety, adjust your plan, and consider additional check-ins, a temporary step-up in care, or referral to a higher level if appropriate. For attendance, we offer make-up options when possible and help troubleshoot barriers like work hours or tech issues.
When clinically indicated (or required), we use verified lab tests or observed at-home screens with identity confirmation. Testing may be randomized or scheduled based on your plan, and results are used to support safety and progress—not to punish.
